The Williams DPF Class Action claims compensation (money) for defects in Toyota Hilux, Fortuner and Prado vehicles fitted with a 1GD-FTV or 2GD-FTV diesel engine acquired between 1 October 2015 and 23 April 2020 in Australia (Relevant Vehicles).
The parties are engaged in settlement negotiations
The applicants and Toyota are currently engaged in confidential settlement discussions to try to reach agreement about the amount of money payable to Group Members and will soon attend a mediation for this purpose.
Group Members are likely to receive money if the parties reach a settlement.
